Please refer to the provided safety video for correct handling and operating procedures.

We do not accept responsibility for blade replacement once the blades become dull or requires maintenance. Blade lifespan will vary depending on use, and installing the replacement blades is the responsibility of the user.

We are not responsible for any damage to vines caused by misuse of the tool. Incorrect technique or failure to follow the recommended safety guidelines may result in harm to the plant, and users should carefully follow all instructions shown in the provided tutorial video.

Additionally, users are responsible for ensuring the tool is used only for its intended purpose and that all operators are trained in safe use. Regular inspection of the tool and  blades is the responsibility of the user. Failure to maintain or operate the tool correctly may increase the risk of injury or damage.

WHAT TOOL IS BEST FOR ME?

Small tool : The small tool is designed to girdle G3 and Ruby Red vines with a diameter less that 120mm (typically vines up to 7 years off the graft). It's compact size allows for smooth, controlled manoeuvring around smaller and dual trunks.

Large tool : Designed specifically for G3 vines with stems larger than 120 mm in diameter (typically vines 7+ years after the graft), this tool directly addresses the challenges that arise with vines of that size. Purpose-built for maximum efficiency, it delivers four times the length of cut as the smaller tool to accomodate the bigger diameter vine.

HOW DO I INSTALL NEW BLADES MYSELF?

TOOLS REQUIRED :

  • 8mm ratchet
  • Long nose pliers

You must wear covered shoes while replacing blades and keep fingers away from sharp surfaces at all times.

SHIPPING

All orders within NZ are delivered to you using NZ Post courier service.

We have a flat rate of $20.

Please contact us to arrange pick up or custom shipping, for orders over 6 tools.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we will accept a return of any full priced items subject to the following conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 3 days of receiving your purchase in all original packaging. 
  • The item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered.
  • Return postage for change of mind refunds to be covered by the customer. EZY GIRDLE will not be responsible for covering of return postage on change of mind returns.

FAULTY ITEMS 

  • Please contact us via email at contact@ezygirdle.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your product if you believe it to have a manufacturing fault. Please provide photos of the fault so we can assess and recommend the best course of action. If the item is deemed faulty, you will be offered a replacement or full refund.
  • EZY GIRDLE will cover the return shipping costs of faulty items if/when it's required to send the faulty goods back.
  • Please note: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account. 

PLEASE NOTE 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty and it's required to be sent back to EZY GIRDLE for further assessment.
  • We encourage you to return your parcel via tracked postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by EZY GIRDLE.
